Ain't even my dog

Sierra is one of the coolest dogs you'll ever meet. Rides with Jim#2 all the time.

Guess she got her Jim's mixed up this time.....

Oh, had to read some of the thread, from the thread title, I thought Jim was talking about me being at the Underground camp Thursday night at the party...

My Belgian Malinois went with me to KOH. She stayed with me at my camp, then had the run of the camp garage tent when I went over to the Underground. She used to do well with people, but a guy that was cutting thru my camp, happened to walk right next to the garage tent wall where she was laying. She startled pretty bad and let that guy know to get the hell outta there...after that, she was kind of on nerves.
But normally, she goes with me and rides in the utvs.

Me personally, I have no problem with dogs in camp or on the trail. Most of them are pretty well behaved and seem to enjoy being out there.

Forget being fair.Dogs and people should be judged on a case by case basis, not every dog should have to be leashed like not all people should be sentenced with the same punishment. Some dogs are just cooler then others.like that pooch in the buggy.

It was cute to see the 10-12 dogs all playing on the 4th of July Mammoth trip. Pretty much all small dogs. They had a ball.

I didnt read the whole thread, but Im a dog lover and have 4. 3 pits and a shepard. Anyhow, if your dog is leashed and another runs up and a fight starts...its the other owners responsibility.

now as a owner I have one dog that is un sociable, I have made the decision to leave him at home. I have another that un socialbe but he is not a fighter, he will tuck a$$ and run. both my others are fine.

So what I have found out over my years, dogs must be socialized OFTEN to keep them sociable, and almost always they need spayed or nuetered to keep them in check, otherwise that will also cause a dominance issue...not to mention an over population issue:eek:...so I guess what Im gettin at...is if you have dogs..socialize them as much as possible from a pup and that will usually make them better as an adult

I don't think your pooch signed up to ride that day! She was scared chitless hahaha

Better than having the chit scared out of her...
Actually, she did pretty good most of the time, she didn't like the angles the utv was at going over the crack...
By the way, thanks for balancing it for me that day...
