Dezert race RZR build at XMF!!!

Last week it all came back from powder and reassembley began.

It has a XMF +8 racer kit with Walker Evans shocks, this is the best RZR kit out there. A custom BITD legal race cage with required door bars and custom aluminum panels was built. The radiator was relocated to the top. Looked like a 12 gal fuel cell with the XMF fill plate adapter to use the stock fuel pump assy. A radflo jack is instaled in front of the fuel cell for easy access, along with the spare tire mount above the cell. A custom roof with BITD legal lights built in the back was fabbed up. Great looking and super comfey BS sand seats were installed. A Parker pumper will keep the driver and passenger breathing fresh cool air in those long dezert races. The battery was replaced with a larger capacity battery and relocated in a custom fabbed enclosure under the passenger seat area. Light bar mounts were installed for a future light bar. The owner will be adding a set of HiPer Carbon fiber double beadlocks soon.

It came out very nice, just like everything the pro fabricators at XMF build. Its always fun getting to helpout, or for that matter just watching these guys work. I look at things and think there is now way they can build that, fab that, make that fit ect., next thing you know its done. Always a great learning experience.

Back from powder, assembely begins.

Suspension is on, now their waiting on me for a few wiring things. Radiator relocated, fan needs extended. Parker pumper, rear light bar, radio and intercom, and get rid of the push brake to start switch (thats caused more than one DNF in a RZR).

Looks awesome.

Quick question, is it pretty easy to remove that push-brake-to-start switch? That thing has been causing us problems

Easy. Just cut the ground side wire off the starter solenoid and ground it. It runs thru the brake switch from the factory.
