Top UTV is now in 47th position...OVERALL! French guy driving a XP9, alone.

Alcaraz from France got 42nd overall in the Dakar, out of something like 200 entries! Yes in the same class as Robby Gordon and Roma! ...and Sal Fish says UTV's are too slow and too fragile to deserve a Pro Class in SCORE for Baja. BS! We have proved our reliability and speed in BITD and this guy just went over 5000 miles to finish in the top 25% of all cars. Alcaraz heard the same 'golf cart' jokes in scrutineering (tech) that we put up with, but in the end everyone was cheering for him. Sound familiar?

Sorry for the crappy pics, but you get the idea of what the car looks like.

If SXSs continue to progress at the rate they have the last 3 years then we will be seeing 120hp, 24" travel production SXSs before long that will no longer need blue lights on the rear and people will take notice. The problem I see is as SXSs get bigger and more powerful the line between buggy and SXS gets thinner and eventually what will be the seperating factor
