Can-Am Commander rear trailing arm issue

We have noticed on most Commanders that come in the shop have oblong or mis-shaped rear trailing arm bolt holes. If the bolts are not torqued correctly the bolt will wear on the mount and create this issue. The video is of a 2011 Commander X with roughly 200 miles on it. We have a tab kit that can be welded in place to correct this issue. This should be checked on everyones machine.

Thanks,

Many of the suspension bolts on the Commander are an issue. They do not have enough shoulder so they should all be replaced. Failure to do so will result in damaged mounting holes that will require an overlay.
