Brian Bush and co-driver Greg Frantz of Lonestar Racing are taking on the King Of The Hammers again in 2012! The team placed third in their first running last year in Brian's Rotax powered 2006 Yamaha Rhino.
The Rhino is suspended by Lonestar Racing's XTR-F long travel kit with Fox shocks featuring bottom out cup technology. LSR was the first UTV suspension manufacturer to test and design a system utilizing this shock. Many others have followed suit. Visit Lonestar Racing for more information!
With the help of Pitbull Tires and DragonFire Racing the wheel and tire option was a no-brainer. Brian has once again opted for the DFR Crippler beadlock 12" wheel combined with Pitbull Tires 26.5" Rocker Uber 8 ply tire.
Dragonfire Racing also provided a quick release steering wheel adapter, steering wheel, silicone coolant hoses, as well as custom printed number plates.
The Rotax engine swap kit that Brian runs was designed, and sold by Rotax Your Rhino Exhaust for this popular engine swap is provided by Muzzys Performance
PCI Race Radios provided in car communications, as well as radio communication for the teams pit's and spotters. Combined with HJC Helmets and custom wiring, the team has fresh air, and the safest helmets on the market.
PRP Seats Made custom suspension seats as well as harnesses, and window nets for Brian's race Rhino.
TCP Performance makes radiators and oil coolers for popular UTV's. They also manufacture a radiator specific for the use in Rhino's with Rotax engine swaps. Brian runs these coolers to keep engine temperatures controlled under racing conditions.
Lighting is provided by Rigid Industries is the premier supplier of LED light technology used for offroad recreating, and racing.
Unique Metal Products designs and builds the best air filtration devices used for off road. Brian chose this product to ensure that no dirt would be inducted into his 975cc Rotax Power plant.
