UTV Underground Members,

As many of you have recently read, Ms. Susan Parker is upset at Blingstar, Inc. and has now maliciously lashed out. Her statements and accusations are false, inaccurate and 100 % incorrect. Ms. Parker's ATV was never once ridden, and was returned in the EXACT same condition when it left our facility as when we first received it, minus any Blingstar Inc.’s products. Based on her malicious actions, and false accusations, this matter has now unfortunately gone to our legal department. Her defamatory statements will be addressed legally. Blingstar Inc. and Clint Roberts deny the allegations and false claims stated by Ms. Susan Parker.

We are being flooded with support letters, emails and messages from Industry CEO's, fans and customers. We truly appreciate the support from everyone.

Blingstar Inc. has been in business for over 10 years and it strives to make quality race products and continues to sponsor thousands of racers, The United States Military and Fire/Police personnell each and every year to help grow the sport of ATV & UTV racing.

Why did it take weeks to come up with a weak response. YOU would have been better off not even addressing the issue. She had dates, times etc... All you are saying is " I did not have sexual relations with the woman" Or something to the effect.

A customer came in today to drop off his Commander for some LT, and as I was helping him unload it from his trailer he began oppologizing for his Blingstar doors and said he was embarrassed to have them on his car. Said he bought them prior to the quad incident. I was like "huh"? Guess I need to spend more time on the forums to keep in the "know"!

I guess I should say their is always two sides to a story, however the other side has put way more evidence out there ...

We understand that there will be differences in opinions and Blingstar, as a company respects that. With that said, we have an entire warehouse full of employees that are witnesses that this bike was in the exact same condition when we received it as when it left. We have text messages of her threatening us that she was going to "make up a story" and "ruin us" if we took our Blingstar products off the bike.

The ATV was never raced or ridden and parts were not taken off except the Blingstar parts.

In the end, it will be proven in court that the entire story was made up.

Damn, its like a fricken witch hunt.

Look, I got no dog in this fight, and have watched the crap spread all over the interwebs about Blingstar. This girls PR was BAD for them, it does not look good for Blingstar or Clint Roberts when you read it. BUT do any of you actually KNOW this girl? I mean, KNOW HER? Not just know of her, or friend of a friends cousin know her but know this story and know this person?

I don't know her, never heard of her, and I think the show Orange Country Choppers is queer as a $3 bill so I never saw her episode on there or anything else about this person so why would I take what she has posted and treat it as it has to be 100% true?

The reason I ask is because if there is one thing I have learned is there is always 2 sides to every story and the way she wrote this story was not just to expose Blingstar but to personally SMEAR this guy. To me, as a self proclaimed interweb pro I can see this as a smear campaign ore then a legal or business situation and find it hard to think that everything she is saying is accurate or not embellished. Its like no one is even giving Blingstar and their proper response any credit, what because they didn't post a bunch of pictures?

How do you guys know her pictures were even taken at the times she claims they are?

You want Blingstar to give you more details and facts yet they have said numerous times that they are going after her legally so why would they post all their evidence as she has?

It just seems suspect to me that she would go so far to drag him through the mud publicly instead of trying to pursue legal action in which case any lawyer would have told her not to post this PR.

I spoke to Clint about this and when you hear his side of the story it does make sense. I didn't ask about his nudie pics, to me that was a personal thing between them which proves there is more to her post then just this bike situation.

I am not defending Blingstar, if they are guilty then they will surely suffer the consequences but if they are telling the truth then there is going to be a lot of crow served. Seems like a lot of people love to pile on and add to the BS without even caring what the other side of the story is. He claims he NEVER rode that bike, if he did race it or have it at a track then surely there are pics right? I mean, lets see those FACTS! How do you guys know she didn't switch all the good parts out with used parts and are trying to extort him? How do you know she didn't get the bike back and ride the shit out of it?

I'm just saying.... simmer down, this type of BS is not good for the sport or anyone involved including her.

I sure don't have a dog in this fight, but I did want to say that if you do a little research on S. P arker, you will see that she has been involved in some interesting drama in the past. Joey is right....probably more to this than meets the eye.

Its unfortunate that we can't talk to everyone out there and explain the details of what really happened, including the pics with no face shown. Explain that we were actually trying to help her out by selling the ATV for her. But at this time, we have been instructed not to get into details.

We have clicked another gear and have moved forward from this entire debacle. We know the real truth and are confident it will come about in court.

We are true fans of the UTV Underground site and the professionalism that comes with it.

With that said, we will not comment on this post again as its irrelevant to what we are about. Our absence from this thread should not be taken as anything less than moving forward.
