“BLACK RHINO TEAM DRIVERS HEAD TO GLEN HELEN RACEWAY TO RACE UNDER THE LIGHTS FOR ROUNDS 9 & 10 OF THE LUCAS OIL OFF ROAD RACING SERIESâ€
Ryan Beat and Bryan Osborn of Paramount Motorsports and Cody Rahders of R3 Motorsports will be racing this weekend to put “Black Rhino†back on the podium at the LOORRS race at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, CA.
08/04/11 Alpine, CA- Ryan Beat will be driving the Black Rhino #51 ProLite and the new Black Rhino/Hart and Huntington #851 SR1. Beat took the #851 to the LOORRS practice at Glen Helen in July and put on a commanding performance. Beat is excited about racing under the lights at Glen Helen and confident in a podium finish.
Bryan Osborn, driving the Black Rhino #854 SR1, had a great showing in rounds 7 & 8 at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah finishing 3th and 4th respectively. Osborn returns to Glen Helen, having had notable success in Rounds 5 and 6 of LOORRS, picking up a 3rd place finish on Saturday and a 2nd place finish on Sunday. He returns to Glen Helen this weekend looking to improve on what has so far been an outstanding season. He sits in 5th place in the championship points and remains in contention for “Rookie of the Year†in the SR1 UTV Class.
Cody Rahders’ last appearance at Glen Helen resulted in impressive back to back 1st place podium finishes in the R3 Motorsports/Super Chips #816 SR1. Rahders is 4th in Championship points with a mere 4 point gap from 3rd. A podium finish this weekend could easily close that gap and move him into 3rd.
Kenny Osborn of Black Rhino is hoping to see all three drivers on the podium this weekend, “A Black Rhino 1/2/3 podium finish in the SR1 class would be something!â€
