I will be camping and will bring my daughter to help.

Awesome! The more work the kids do the less the adults have too. I kinda gauge the level of effort i put out based on the number of workable slaves, I mean kids. I have three slaves, doh, kids, so I can pretty much loaf on these trail clean ups;)

Theres a Home Depot by my house, so Im gonna stop by Friday morning to see if any of the day laborer dudes want to go camping for the weekend ;)

I'm bringing my two grandsons

Hope they can use chainsaws and drive a back hoe .:D Just kidding thats great we will make them feel welcome and give them story's for Mondays show and tell, maybe the story about the Russian ?

Sorry guys, can't make this one. I'll be helping Honda at the Long Beach Cycle World Show. Mayde next time?

Wow, that looks scary like Rich. Maybe thats Saturday night Rich as opposed to the Rich we all know and love.

Safety Reminder from Greg Hoffman:
Greg was participating in a trail cleanup. Several Volunteers help him to load a box spring and mattress into
his truck. In the process, a family of field mice fell out
of the mattress, and the volunteers made a new home
for them with some stuffing from the mattress. Greg
drove home with the mattress in his pickup, and
parked it outside his house, overnight, in Big Bear.
That evening and the temperatures dropped below
freezing. When Greg made a dump run to get rid of
the mattress, he discovered 3 rattlesnakes that had
frozen to death. The moral to this story, always be
aware of what you are handling and pay attention to
what might lurk within or below. Other hazards we
have run across are hazardous chemicals and used
hypodermic needles. People can any will dump anything in the forest, so use extreme caution when you
are checking out and cleaning up anything abandoned
on the forest.
Your safety is the number one priority!!!!
