Another slanted article....care to comment?

Here is a link one of my Rhino buddies from back East sent me about another Rhino roll-over lawsuit. The piece at least gives the facts, but you can tell it's still a slanted article......some good comments already at the bottom, but it would be great if anyone wants to chime in and show even more support (in a polite, professional way of course!) for the UTV that started this whole awesome industry!! Maybe one day, with enough of us pounding into people's head to take some personal responsibility for their actions, lawsuits like this one will be dropped before they even make it to trial!

sucks to hear stuff like this but parent too is completely correct.

I hate blaming someone else for your own fault.

I bought a street bike that does 180 mph- I crashed and got hurt doing 180 does that mean I sue kawi for making it go that fast?

people need to take actions for their wrong doing and not pass the buck.
