amateur races?

im going to be building a mini buggy probably using an engine like a cbr1000. i was wondering if they have any type of amateur racing events for your own homemade custom buggies. Any of you know if they hold events like this if so where and when? thanks

We have a local race series here that has a class for you. It's called UTV Rally Raid. It's at Hawk Pride Mountain Offroad in North Alabama. The races are 4 hour endurance races. Check it out at utvrallyraid.com
