Yamaha 4 wheel drive not completely working

I have a 06 yamaha rhino 660 and when i engage
4 wheel drive i hear it engage but my front left wheel does not get power any suggestions on what might be wrong. And Diff. lock is on.

we checked the cv's and the axles and neither of them are broken.

If you say you can hear the solenoid on the front diff engage, and one front wheel spins... AND all your cv's are fine, sounds like you have some issues in the front diff
