First overall in Dirt series. “In the Dirt Series races I got the holeshot in both motos and finished 1, 1 for first overall. Osborn pulled double duty this weekend racing the Lucas Oil Regional series on Saturday and the Dirt Series on Sunday. “I got pushed wide into the first corner and was running everyone back down when I got a flat tire. I couldn’t turn the car correctly by lap two. Then as I was coming to the white flag my water temp gauge was pegged out at 250 so I pulled of the track to bring it into the pit and make repairs. We didn’t want to risk hurting the motor anymore so I ended up being a spectator for this race too. Thanks to Jeremiah Osborn for his help and to all of my sponsors."

MICHAEL GONZALES #796
Speedy Gonzales driving the #796 raced Round 2 of the Dirt Series which was held at the Perris Raceway in Perris, Ca. “After my last race in Lake Havasu for WORCS, we had golf ball size holes in both rear wheels and damaged both rear Brake calipers. Thank you to our sponsor Bert’s Mega Mall for hooking us up with two new wheels and the brake calipers” Gonzales said. “It was a great weekend of racing for the #796 but once again during practice we got a hole in one of the rear wheels. Luckily our sponsor Triumph Motorsports was on hand for us to get another one. Race day came and we were ready! First moto I took 4th and second moto I got an overall 3rd and I even rolled. There was carnage everywhere but we scathed with little damage. Needless to say we ended the weekend very happy taking home the 3rd place win. After racing the Lucas Oil Regional’s on Saturday, Frosty decided he would head over to Lake Perris for the Dirt Series Round 2. He ended up with a 2nd place finish putting him 1st in series points.
