X-3 demo ride review

I think I got the belt eating issue cured and I replaced the bolt with the up graded version.

The next up grade I am looking at is going to be an expensive one.

I got to drive both the XDS & XRS last Sunday at Park Moabi in Needles, CA at Pirates Cove Resort. Can-Am had setup there for the weekend for test drives. The terrain we drove them in was Desert, a little sand, rocky stuff and kinda tight trails. I drove the XDS twice and the XRS once. I liked the XDS better for the terrain we were driving in. The XDS felt smoother and just better to me and my daughter who races the WORCS Series on her Honda TRX450 in Women's A & Pro-Am classes. The XRS was stiff and harsh on any washed out areas and just stiff in general. I'm sure that the suspension on the XRS can be adjusted for exactly what you intend to use it for as well. For us though and what we do the XDS is a great choice out of the crate for the desert and tighter trails. Both machines hauled ass, and had tons of torque! The clutch was perfect. No banging on engagement like my current 16' XPT4.. Just thought I would give my opinion of my ride. Have fun and ride whatever you got
