I am pretty confident in saying that at some point in every adult drivers life you have drag raced someone to some degree. Its like this, you are in a hurry, you hit a red light, you know you need to get over to the other lane and someone pulls up, you find yourself staring at the stop lights at the intersection, glancing at the lights directing the other crossing lanes and you see it turn yellow, you toss the car into first gear and begin to slowly release the clutch and bam – GREEN LIGHT – and away you go! You my friend have drag raced.

Drag racing is a part of motorsports and it has slowly transitioned into the UTV segment with more and more companies and enthusiasts building their UTVs into sand drag machines. We are entirgued by the vehicles those involved are building and it was a perfect time to get up close and feature one of our favorite drag machines built by long time UTVUnderground.com forum member Bart “GOVACHO” Chielens. Bart with help from Queen Racing and a host of other sponsors has built one of the coolest looking and fastest drag RZRs on the planet! We caught up with him earlier this year at SXS Wars in Dumont to BREAKDOWN this amazing machine he named “KONG”!

That horsepower number leaves me speechless! And the Inkonell exhaust valves too! I didn't even know they can do that. Ive worked with that material in a geothermal power plant and thats some good stuff!
