UTVUnderground Feature Vehicle: Pro Armor's 2014 Polaris RZR XP1K-4

We have poured many late nights and long hours to develop leading edge parts at Pro Armor... coming from our background we are always trying to progress and I think we have done this with these parts. Pay close attention to detail in parts coming out of Pro Armor here in 2014! We are taking huge pride in getting the best built and best functioning parts out to the UTV community.

Take a close look at the trailing arm guards, they now have an aluminum welded on cap over the UHMW to create the strongest leading edge possible and help prevent any UHMW from coming off.

Also look at the Front A Arm guards, and you can see the 2 long steel brackets clamping the guard to the arms. They have been lengthened to run almost the entire length of the tube on the arm to help support and brace it on hard impacts and help prevent any bending. Yeah sure if you hit hard enough anything will bend, but if you are getting a guard that does more than protect powder coat, that is a hug plus, especially if you bend or break an arm somewhere there is little or no aid. This might be that part that gets you home....

We have also integrated a new rubber strap moutning system on most of our soft tops now. As you can see the straps are very close to the top so they do not look bulky and out of place and they have tons of adjustment. You will need that because all soft tops age and stretch with time. Now this will halp keep that tight fit for as long as possible...

Our spare tire mount and bed storage bags are like no other, the way we placed the spare tire mount, you can set the tire in your bed against the mount and leave it so you can strap it down easily. I know with other mounts out there, it is very difficult to mount the tires on the mounts with the big growing UTV tire and wheel sizes. With a quickshot or Y-Strap you can secure the tire easily in the bed and we still left room in the bed for storage or addition of our Bed Storage Bag which fits perfectly in place behind the Spare Tire Mount. There is 2 zippers, one is large and runs on 3 sides of the top for large access, and the other is about 1 foot and is located so entry inside the bag from the rear seats is very easy, because who wants to stop and get out just to grab something from a bag in the rear...?

Our bumpers are designed very light, which is HUGE in power and keeping the UTV handling corrctly. Made from .188" thick aluminum, the tensile strength is close to the same as steel bumpers from competitors but 1/3 the weight! We try to integrate our best capabilities like CNC Laser cut sheet metal and CNC Bent tubing, and dime welds are very important in our book.... even our fron bumper is designed to have the steepest approach angle as possible for racers to rock krawlers...

Our seats are evolving with every version! Better material, better foam, better fitment, and all around great seats with more to come in 2014! There is much more so go see for yourself....

If you are interested go to ProArmor.com and check out the parts and where you can purchase these parts or many others and get on the trail.... and feel free to see the background, racing, and history on the designs and new cool parts coming soon with the Scranton Boys R&D on our Instagram @scranton_boys or @proarmor
