Polaris UMP air filter system

Looking for some feed back on the UMP air filter system.

XP 900 would like to move away from the k&n I am finding a fine dust inside the box, at this point I just want to protect the motor even if I am sacraficing a little hp.

UMP'S are run on most bulldozers and other heavy equipment that runs in dirty environments. Donaldson is another that is basically the same design. A lot of the desert racers also use them. The only caution is the have what I call a "burp" valve which can allow water into it under certain circumstances. I am only basing this on what others have told me. I hope that's helpful.

Ump works great. A UNI/k&n in an xp900 will smoke your motor in a hurry. I've been there
