THUNDER ON THE BEACH 150 TRACK AND TRAVEL INFORMATION
*All areas of the race rack are secured by chain link fencing. There will be 24 hour security.
*Arrangements have been made with authorities for easy entrance into Mexico and on to the track.
*Anyone not having a passport will need to bring a birth certificate and picture I.D.
*Weapons and ammo are not permitted in Mexico. Store at Why Not Travel Store, Why, AZ.
*Bring your own fuel. Fifty-five (55) gallons of racing fuel has been approved by customs for this event. Include it on your manifest.
*Manifest - Print and complete the top portion of the manifest. Enter your departure date where indicated and sign at the bottom. On page 2, some items are already listed for you. Just fill in the amount. Write in additional items. If not sure of amount, estimate higher. If more than one vehicle has equipment, carry a completed copy in the other vehicle(s) also. That way if you re-arrange your packing at the last minute it will still be covered. Make a copy for yourself.

*Emergency staff as well as trauma doctors will be present during races. A modern trauma center is located one (1) mile from the track with airvac capabilities to the United States if needed.
Medical Insurance is provided by Thunder On The Beach Raceway.
*Mexican Vehicle insurance is required. All Vehicle! EXAMPLE: If you run your UTV on any roads to and from the pits you will need insurance for your UTV, ATV, motorcycle, etc. You MUST insure EVERY vehicle!!! * Hotel/resort rooms are readily available at affordable prices, or you can dry camp on the beach next to the track for $5.00 a night, or with hookups for $30.00 a night, or stay in pits.
*In addition to the thrill of racing on a new race track steps from the beach, there is an abundance of activities in Rocky Point for you and your family to enjoy such as restaurants, variety shops, ultra-light flying, quad riding/rentals, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, etc. The beaches are beautiful, with lots of aquatic activities for all ages. Don't be the one saying "I'm sorry I missed this event!"

Affordable hotel/resort accommodations are available on Sandy Beach. You can also dry camp on the beach next to the track for $5.00 a night, in their R.V. area with hookups for $30.00 a night, or stay in pits. See
