Snore unlimited utv class?

Anyone know if all the utv classes are together for this next race or is it just production utv. All this talk about the rules changing to 1000cc's is making my head spin!

It just pro UTV as the BITD rules stand including 1000cc production vehicles. No unlimited cars yet. They want to keep it simple for the first 2 trial runs. If all goes well we can add the sportsman class.

Yes Jon, any of the production classes can run up to 1000 cc. Just no engine swaps yet. You coming?

Can't make any races for the next few months. Car is getting work done and I have got to focus on King of the Hammers. Next year I would like to try out a race or two.

Why no engine swaps? Seems you'd be eliminating all the SR1 and home-builts out there. There's beena guy who races an RC51 powered UTV in SCORE and BITD

Engine swaps CAN run in sportsman. (per Cory S)

I'm in the same boat as Jon. Got a ton of work to do for KOH!

Yes, they can in BITD, but for the first 2 races of SNORE we are racing the pro class only. I don't want there to be any confusion and someone spend time and money to show up and not be allowed to race. After the first 2 races, if all goes well, we may be asked to run the entire SNORE series. At that point, we can ask the board if we can add the sportsman class and I don't think they will have an issue with that.
