I saw this on one of the TSCO TT's last years B1K and asked him about it. Gary Weyhrich said it worked great with communicating to his team no matter where he was vs. the chase crew. That white antenna component was much larger than it appears in this photo relative to the other items. Photos of it on the TSCO Racing FB page.

Norman has ran these on his pre runners, TTs and chase vehicles for years. Many big teams run them. They are awesome.
