Car ran great until Rm13 and we had a belt blow and axle pull out of the rear differential. We changed the axle at the alternate pit and then at RM75 the car started running on one cylinder and we couldn't get it to run over 20mph. We thought we had it fixed at the main pit but as soon as we hit Rm3 it started again. A BITD official told us that our race was over and we would have enough time to make the next loop so we were asked to exit the course.
We learned a little and hopefully we can get some of these new car blues worked out!
