ROCK IT! STI LAUNCHES ALL-NEW ROCTANE XD​

STI Tire & Wheel continues to set new standards for creative innovation in the ATV/UTV tire industry with the introduction of the all-new Roctane XD. This new extreme duty radial tire is loaded with features to meet the highest demands of today’s machines and consumers.

For example, the Roctane XD’s 8-ply-rated radial carcass is built to confidently handle ever larger, faster and heavier UTV applications. With this requirement in mind, the Roctane is being rolled out in 11 sizes, including super-tall 30- and 32-inch models. Sizing is 25x8R-12, 25x10R-12, 26x9R-12, 26x11R-12, 26x9R-14, 26x11R-14, 27x9R-14, 27x11R-14, 28x10R-14, 30x10R-14 and 32x10R-14. Amost ordered a set of 30's today at a smoking price for KOH but they measured 30.5" or something like that and i dont think my car is ready for a tall 30" i was hoping it measured around 29"

Whos got the good prices for KOH? I could use some 28x10x14's. I wonder if the 28"s are 28.5" tall. Does anybody know the weights of these tires?

The 28's measure 28.3" and weigh in at 31.5lbs

Craig at STI explained that most companies that claim 30" are actually less and sometimes up to 2" less. He wanted to make sure he made a true a 30", which is .4" larger.

Thats what my understanding was also, from what my supplier was telling me today these are sure to be an awesome tire at a great price.

Thats a great looking tire. I love the 26x9x12s I run currently but am thinking I need to switch to 28x10x14s all around on a set of new Walker beadlocks soon for the ground clearance. I'll probably need to trim some plastics in the rear but I'm tired of dragging ass on rocks in Oco. I'll def keep an eye on this tire for reviews. I was looking at the Mongrel but don't need a DOT tire.

I became an STI Believer...before I started racing them.

Both our cars at KOH ran STI tires....1946 ran Rocktane's and I ran Black Diamond. Tough tires...I'm former Big Horn guy....but Big Horn's don't cut it, at KOH...and STI makes it happen.

I think next year, I'm going to run the 28" Rocktanes...I'll be doing some testing over the summer on the Rubicon. But I like the extra inch, without gaining any weight over the wider Black Diamond.
