Hey guys,
Just though I'd share some of the stuff we've been working on this winter. These are the new 2015 GNCC cars we built with one of our pro teams Jack's Excavating Racing. These guys are hands down the most legit Can Am factory teams in the series and we can't wait to get to GA this weekend to run the first UTV round for the season. GNCC has been around for a really long time and is known as one of the most competitive series in the country. It's a XC (cross country) format that requires machines to remain as narrow as possible and drivers to be more accurate than any other racing venue but most courses also take the drivers through wide open feild areas and even MX jump sections as well. It's truly a huge test for man and machine. The races are 1 hour heats and begin from a dead-engine start and the drivers are released 5 at a time. It's quite a show!
We're pumped to working with Jack's and Can Am directly again this year on this program. It continues to challenge us to keep developing new products and the experience always trickles down to our retail product line as well. We most certainly have not forgot about the Maverick! We've actually got a bit more new stuff coming out again soon!
Jack's Excavating Racing is based out of Carmichael's, PA. They run Maverick XRS models with XXC front suspension geometry and zero offset rear wheels. This year they will be campaigning two XC1 (pro) cars piloted by brothers Shannon "Mouse" and Marcus Pratt as well as one XC2 (pro sport) car piloted by Joe Krcelich.
Here's a breakdown video of one of the XC1 cars from the 2014 season showcasing a bunch of our products in their natural setting hosted by yours truly.
Here's a few shots of the brand new cars coming together between our shops over the winter:
