I'm working on a 2012 Polaris ranger crew 500. it will run about 15 mph in high while bouncing off of rev limiter and somewhat slower in low gear. While riding in back seat looking in I could see the the primary wasn't shifting out completely. Took old belt off, blew out primary, cleaned with alcohol, made sure primary was free and able to move freely in and out. Then installed new belt (Polaris) which is .040 wider than the used one, and no better. It has about 450 or so miles on it and is family used for hunting and the teen's drive it.
I have heard that the clutch can loose their angle's but how do you go about verifying it? Any help,advise is greatly appreciated.
