I don't know what this thing is entirely. It is called the Plaza Competicion MX Monster 1000R and it is built in Spain.

Looks like it needs a little rear suspension work in terms of shock tuning but it looks fast and fun! One bad ass desert racer. I would love to run one of these in Baja or BITD!
