Anyone with Rzr xp 1000 know what the length of strap needed ? I’ve heard diff view and lengths but I’m asking on a stock 1000xp
That piggy back in the shock mounts? SxS sports sells them but I need length and I’m not home to measure

I am not sure of the length, but may I ask why you need them? I have never needed limit straps.

The shock is your droop limiter, all your doing adding a limit strap is giving away suspension travel.

Don't forget to account for stretch. They generally say 1" of stretch per 12" of strap but I doubt you have enough unsprung weight to stretch a good 4 layer strap that much.

Loosing 1”in an effort to protect the Cvs and extend there life is why .

Dont drink the coolaid. Of all the cv axles I have inspected they are always worn right in the middle in your ride height zone. There is just not much time spent at droop and unless your binding, which stock CV axles do not then there is nothing to worry about.

Agreed.......I have approx. 6000 to 8000 miles on a few RZR's. I have had one issue with an axle, I broke an outer front left CV on one of the hammers in Johnson Valley, It was my fault. It's not good when you have a tire spinning bouncing off rocks.

But if getting limit straps makes a person feel better, get them. I have been in the same situation on other issues and no matter what other people said, I went with my gut.

I considered getting front limit straps on my 1000 because of how harshly the Walker shocks top out. Just because it was annoying....
