and I would like to see the "abandon Boron prison" also need to make a stop at Burro Schmidt Tunnel for those that haven't been there.
Burro Schmidt tunnel is pretty cool. That would be a long ride from Cal. City.

I was thinking it's kinda by Randsburg... but I don't know which way anything is out there... I just follow you guys
I would go out Thursday evening if anyone else wants to go early
(well, anybody but Jorge... I still have nightmares about early arrival at F.P.)

Jorge maybe camping by himself. LOL!
The only time I went to Burro Schmidt was from Dove Springs and if I remember correctly it was far from there. I will have to look at a map and see if it is do able without the need to carry extra gas.
So many places and directions to go out there.

Look guys. Here is where Im planning on setting up camp This is a old air strip from way back when. It about 27 more miles from Cal City. All the P.O.I. you talking about can be done from here. The prison I don't know about. We would have to look it up.

Its a very easy place to get to. As you can see in the map there is a sharp right turn to make to get to the area, but if you need to make it a three point turn I did it with my 42' trailer with no problems.
So with that said. I will be getting the Friday late afternoon. If your interested in going please send me a PM and I will add you to the list.
Friday Night - Meet and greet drinks of course !!
Saturday 8am drivers meeting.
9am roll out.
Saturday night Pot luck. ( PM me what you'll be providing )
Sunday 8am drivers meeting.
9am roll out for last ride for all that want to get one more in before we head home.

Just in a different direction, I don't know how to do a loop ride from the tunnel over to Randsburg. Lots of street legal roads from The Tunnel to Randsburg.
Jawbone Store, Dove Springs & Tunnel loop would be a all day Saturday ride, Then Sunday would be good for a morning run to Randsburg.

loop is totally doable!!! we rode from dove springs, to tunnel, to randsburg, to the indian wells brewing company 
and back to Dove springs!!! Long day, blast of a ride!!! I almost killed Robert (jay and Angies buddy) on a long whoop section out there :/ If I remember right, you can cut through on EP11 and get to the Tunnel form where Govacho wants to camp... Camp is also close to Randsburg for a sunday FUNDAY trip... Biggest $7 dollar banana splits in CA If nightmare gulch is open, I'd suggest Tunnel, to nightmare, to bickel camp, and back to camp for saturday, then Possible prison, back to randsburg for Banana splits and camp on sunday just my 2 pesos Also, doing everything in my power to make this RIDE!!!!

Hmmm, if memory serves it was you who almost needed the tow at Dove Springs. Broken belt????Randy I just pick up a nice tow rope and have been lookin to try it out...
