Oh BTW, how many of you guys are running tire blocks or tire balls? Or do you just carry a spare?

Beyond Insanity Racing is in barring any major failures in testing. We are going to try and race the whole series this year.
As for tire balls---Not running them in my car but I pit for S.C.'s 4400 car and have a lot of experience with them. They are an awesome product and can win races for you. They are also a expensive and a lot of work. After KOH last year I changed 12 tires with balls in them and it took a whole day! The tires were 40" tall so I'm sure that didn't help.

lol alot of work and you know what s coming when your done. i had it down to about 30min a tire if nobody bothered me.

We used to run tire balls....they are expensive, a pain in the ass, and only last a race or 2 before they blister and you have to replace them.

I wish I had a good answer for you but I would imagine every single one of us would like it to be the full 250!!!!! Hope that we can get that to change

At Henderson tech, Mr. Sappington had mentioned that was one of the things on his list to speak with Casey Folks about for 2014.

To me, this is one of the biggest disappointments of BITD. We have been racing utvrr (rally raid), and in four hours, we can cover 140-160 miles, in the woods. Surely, we can race 250+ in the desert.
