Yamaha Icom V8000

I have a 100% stock rhino , Would I damage anything if I hook up my Icom V 8000 radio straight to the battery?

I HAVE A STOCK RHINO WITH A RACE RADIO & INTERCOM (FUSED) WITH MY STOCK YAMAHA BATTERY THAT IS 5 YEARS OLD. IT ALL WORKS GREAT. I HAVE NOT RODE @ NIGHT WITH THE RADIO & HIDS ON @ THE SAME TIME SO I DON'T KNOW IF ONE BATTERY WILL BE ENOUGH TO RUN EVERYTHING. WHEN MY BATTERY DIES I AM GETTING A GEL TYPE BATTERY.

You wont have a problem hooking it straight to your battery. We always recommend that you run it straight to the battery!

I've never heard of one failing because of a radio.
