Help! New UTV

So, I have done some looking at UTVs, Currently I ride a triumph rocket 3, looking to go off road. I am in my mid forties not looking to race, jump or do anything too awful crazy, just for me and the wife looking for decent trail riding in the Dakota’s. I am currently looking at the Yamaha 700 Viking with a 3” lift, slightly bigger tires, winch or a similarly equipped Honda pioneer 700 with the same accessories. (2) questions, Yamaha vs Honda? And is 700cc enough, why is everyone going after the 1000cc?

I would give the nod to the Honda just because they use a DCT transmission instead of dealing with a belt.
