Cognito Motorsports is known for their top quality suspension kits for trucks and UTV's. Cognito suspension kits can be found on trucks all over the nation. Cognito went to work designing a production UTV suspension kit that was ready for battle. With that in mind, Cognito bolted their suspension up to its production HellraiserXP1K chassis and pushed its limits through the desert's in the southwest. From a customer stand point, whats better than a race proven suspension kit that you can bolt onto your play car? Win on Saturday, Sell on Monday.

Driver of the #1918 Polaris RZR, Justin Lambert summarizes the race:
19th draw for start position put us on row 10 of the 2 wide drag race start. We easily beat the racer next to us and charged into the dusty sunrise putting this HellRaiserXP1K to work. The course was the most soft, sandy, silty yet brutally rough terrain that I have ever raced on, and our Polaris RZR XP1000 was making short work of it as we passed a dozen cars in the first lap of the 3 lap 74 mile race on Saturday, putting us in 2nd place on corrected time. Charging hard on the second lap, we figured we had to be reeling in the leaders but we were not going to ease up until we were sure of it. We passed for 2nd place physically and kept pouring on the heat for lap 3 trying to run down the physical leader Brandon Schueler. Coming onto the river run for the 3rdtime we broke a drive belt and spent roughly 5 minutes changing it, giving up a couple positions for a fourth place finish Saturday and a second row start for Sunday, only off of the # spot by 4 minutes 19 seconds.

Lambert continues:
Sunday morning we had to drag race Holz in the Coastal RZR off the start, and he edged us out by a wheel as we chased him into the dust. The Sunday race pinned down a new record over Saturday for being the most soft, sandy, silty, and brutal terrain that I have ever raced on. We decided to back down a little bit, figuring the rougher course was going to take its toll on everyone, figuring everyone must be backing down, until low and behold Craig Scanlon pulls up next to us charging for a pass. That led us to throw holding back out of the window as we poured on the heat for the rest of the first lap and into the second lap as we caught and passed Schueler, then Coastal, then passed Sims starting the 3rd lap for the lead. We would have to beat Schueler by 4 minutes 20 seconds for the overall race win, so it was checkers or wreckers as we pushed through the silt and sand down the Shea Road stretch trying to put some distance on second place, and we pushed a little too hard as we lost a drive belt at the end of that section. This time it was not a clean break, there was drive belt wadded up so bad in the clutch that we had to wait for a spare clutch and change it, putting us down we figure about 35 minutes. Back on course we finished out Sundays race in 7th, for a 5th place overall finish for the 2014 Bluewater Desert Challenge.

Cognito would like to thank their sponsors for a great 2014 season
