Yamaha Has anybody seen this before?

I have muzzys duel exhaust on my 08 rhino. Was checking the exhaust out during some maintenance and notices a whole in the bottom of one of the cans.

Has anybody seen anything like this? Is it a defect?

if it was a stock pipe, but it looks like a muzzy. and they take packing like dasa pipes.

maybe your exhaust tip is plugged I know i had to clean mine the packing clogs the spark arrestor

Iv never run a spark arrester. So I know the end isn't plugged.


Ill be calling muzzys tomorrow and see what they have to say...

my dads 08 teryx has had this happen with the muzzys twice now. in fact there at muzzys right now. They couldn't tell us why it happened but were more than willing to help us out the first time. not so much the second time. and after the first time it was only about 3 or 4 rides so i dont know if you could blame that on packing

If you dont repack your mufflers like your suppose to that is what happens.
