Reporting about my day at the GNCC Ironman race 10-26-13 Crawfordsville, IN.

Approx 55 SXS entrants in 4 classes. bring what ya got ....
8 mile course thru the woods .... 4 laps.....
A few roll overs, at least one fire, many mechanical DNF, probably a typical race day.....

I went early as a spectator and hung/ met 25 or drivers and co pilots.
Got ideas. Took photos. From parts to mounting to fabrication. You know.
#1 car W&T shown near final turn blocking sun with his hand. In that photo I believe he was running just front drive after a rear CV failure. Axle still hanging on post race.
I think Kiger did too. With Scotts pulling over, co pilot jumping out pulling off the rear axle mid race.
