this is one of the best and most efficient ways to cool your street bike powered utv's. due to the confined spaces that are thru out these cars, we have designed a oil cooler just for you.....actually 2. im sure you guys are already familiar with our options for your radiators. if not, here is some info for you.

CBR PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS has always been aware of the racers needs, resulting in the development of our race-class utv radiator kit. This kit is able to handle those high performance race-class demands including desert classes, sr1 class, short course, and all of your street bike engine swaped rigs. This radiator setup can handle anything from a stock rhino 660 to the hayabusa 1300. The radiator features a 42mm core, 8mm fin pitch, single row, dual pass oven brazed core. What makes this radiator kit so unique is its revolutionary integrated oil cooler, which is setup as a heat exchanger style resulting in massive cooling capabilities in those high demand race cars. CBR has been solving your thermal heating problems for years. Put the performance back into your race vehicle. Don’t let the heat slow you down.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>

to this day, we have aprox. 176 of these radiators in and operating in race vehicles around the world, through the most harmfull enviorments imaginable, these radiators were designed to keep the engine's cool. fortunately, some of them had huge hp to contend with and got too hot, which led to the development of our "MINI" oil coolers.....
CBR PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS HAS RECENTLY INTRODUCED ITS “ MINI COOLERS†TO THE MARKET. WHAT MAKES THESE COOLERS SO INTRIGUING IS THERE SIZE, ABLE TO FIT IN THOSE TIGHT, CONFINED SPACES THAT JUST SEEM TO BE WASTED SPACE. THESE COOLERS FEATURE THE SAME DESIGNS AS THERE LARGER RELATIVE COOLERS. THESE COOLERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID SYSTEMS. THESE COOLERS CAN ALSO BE USED FOR UNIVERSAL COOLING APPLICATIONS SUCH AS DIFFERENTIAL COOLER, POWER STEERING COOLER AND SMALL ENGINE APPLICATIONS.

combined with the radiator, these coolers are the perfect solution for cooling that streetbike engine. most people dont realize that engine oil is 25% of you engine cooling, most of the time engines dont have oil coolers, so put one on and see a increase in cooling and engine performance while seeing a massive decrease in engine heat.

for you peps not familiar with your radiator options, you can go three ways,
<TABLE class=tableizer-table><TBODY><TR class=tableizer-firstrow><TH>Part #</TH><TH>Dimensions</TH><TH>Thickness w/Fans</TH><TH>Coolant Filler</TH><TH>Inlet/ Outlet</TH><TH>Fans</TH><TH>CFM’S</TH><TH>Core Style</TH><TH>Application</TH></TR><TR><TD>CBR7061</TD><TD>22.5x14.5x2</TD><TD>6 1/2â€</TD><TD>Small</TD><TD>1â€</TD><TD>(1)12†Spall</TD><TD>1630</TD><TD>42mm Dual Pass</TD><TD>Universal </TD></TR><TR><TD>CBR1007</TD><TD>22x12.5x2</TD><TD>7â€</TD><TD>Small</TD><TD>1â€</TD><TD>(1)12†Spall</TD><TD>1630</TD><TD>42mm Dual Pass</TD><TD>Universal (Hayabusa)</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

option#3......custom built radiator to your spec. most people dont realize that we can build almost any size radiator/oil cooler imaginable, if our part# doesnt fit, give us your dimensions and we will work with you side by side to come up with an application that will suit your cooling needs.

Thanks for those photos. A couple of questions.

What is the hole spacing for mounting of the CBR1007? The same question for the CBR7061 (I can't really tell how it mounts)? Are the bungs below the CBR7061 filler cap threaded and what thread? Are the bungs for the oil cooler? One last thing if these are mounted behind the driver how is the driver protected from cooland release? Is there any catches for the radiator cap besides the twist catch and do you sell a coolant overflow to go with these?

hole to hole is about 23" (no mounts on the 7061) both radiators come standard with 1" inlet/outlet and small fillers and caps. oil coolers are optional on both radiators. the filler necks have barbs in them to go to a overflow tank, we have the 1 quart tanks to go with the radiators if needed. go to our website to see pics of the catch tanks @ www.cbr-performance.com thanks!!
