DWT true beadlock and maxxis cerros mounting problem

i took my wheels and tires to a tire shop to get it moubted on the wheel but couldnt get the bead to pop over it flush. not a single one went on properly.

i believe the max psi the put on was 17 psi to do it. the back went perfect but the front wasnt going on. we doing something wrong?

Did you take the ring off the bead lock?

The front side of the wheel where the beadlock ring is does not set like the standard bead on the back side of the wheel. Once the back side bead is set then you just set the bead with the ring. Hope this helps. Maybe take some pics and show us.

The front is done once you take the ring off and pinch the tire between the wheel and the ring.The inner sounds like it is going on.Got any pictures?

Try some wd40 insted of soapie water..also sometimes i let them sit for a while in the sun..then let all the air out spray some more wd then reinflate..ussualy they pop on like an explosion and some times they slowly work on.

at work no pics to offer but sounds like you guys were right. i was thinking it would go on the bead and then get secure with the lock.
