Really awesome pictures and video from a recent 4 day electric R/C car dune trip through Death Valley sent to us from Andy at PismoRC.com.

On their agenda for the trip: Eureka Dunes, Saline Valley Dunes and Ibex Dunes. All part of Death Valley National Park, and all closed to motorized vehicles.
I have visited Ibex and Saline on the ground and flown over all to get pictures, but never been to Eureka on foot. It is on my bucket list. Both Ibex and Eureka were open to off-roading before Boxer's Wilderness desert protection act and the Endagered species Act shut us out. Not many people know, but Ibex is just across Hwy 127 from Dumont. Just behind the hills so you can't see it. Used to be a mine there too and several access roads. All closed now.
