Yamaha Cuttin Out?

Alright I have a 2006 660 with 4200 miles, almost 900 hours, JBS Sheave, Weller Racing Fuel Pump Kit and I just put a new air filter in. When I decelerate down hill for a 1/8 of a mile the rhino cuts out and I have to feather the gas to get running again. Sometimes it dies. Do I need to rejet, or rebuild the carb, or just buy a alba or kms bored carb? Any input is greatly appreciated.

idle may be to low...seen it before

Did you change to a K&N or something? You didn't mention backfiring, but when my machines act this way I throw a little rubbing alcohol in the gas tank. It may just have a little water in the fuel.

Thanks I just put an iridium plug in and so far I like it.

Thanks guys turned the idle up and it seems to be better so far, still need to test it on the big hill.
