The Regional Water Board will consider adoption of a Cleanup and Abatement Order requiring El Dorado County and the United States Department of Agriculture, El Dorado National Forest, to cleanup and abate water quality impacts from the Rubicon Trail.

The hearing on this matter is scheduled for the Regional Water Boards regular meeting on 23 April 2009, and will not begin before 1:00 p.m. As described in the Summary Agenda, the meeting will be held at the Regional Water Boards office in Rancho Cordova, CA.

In order to save resources, only El Dorado County and the United States Department of Agriculture, El Dorado National Forest are being sent a paper copy of the proposed Order and the agenda materials.

This availability of agenda materials notice is being sent through the mail to the interested parties for whom we do not have an e-mail address.

The majority of the over 3,800 interested parties are receiving this notice by e-mail.
