Best Wheels For BFG all-terrains

I want to run the 14" BFG all-terrains. What's the best offset in a 14" wheel to run these tires? Also anyone know where the best price on these tires is? Thanks.

I may be wrong, but I dont think BFG makes the tire in that size anymore.

Tirerack.com shows them in stock in the 195/75r14 size. It says to use a 5-6" rim though. Any thoughts?

General has the Grabber A/T in a 27/9.5-14. 7" or 8" wide wheel will be fine and pretty much any offset that will fit your ride. BFG doesn't make a 14" A/T tire anymore

Keep in mind that the tire bead of an automotive tire is a little different than the bead of an ATV/UTV tire.

This would generally only be an issue if you were intending to use beadlock wheels that were designed for ATV/UTV tires.

Hep is right on the bead bundle. Do yourself a favor and use a narrow rim. If you put them on a regular UTV wheel the sidewall will be really vunerable.

Look at the image of my green car on the header. I run OMF beadlocks with GFG KM2's but mine are 15". I also have 14" all terrains but they don't work well on stock Walker Evans wheels. I love my KM2's!

I run the 14x6 American Racing wheels. They are for a Ford Focus 4x100 lug pattern. My BFG's are bad booty.

What kinda weight difference are we talking about with these auto-type tires and wheels compared to a UTV wheel and tire combo?
Am I wasting my time trying to put on BFG's on a 4-seater with longtravel?

They certainly aren't the lightest tires around but they aren't the heaviest either. My T&W package is comparable to a set of ITP Bajacross on either Walker Evens or DFR Crippler wheels. I would sacrifice a little extra weight for extreme durability every time. Light weight in the dunes is fine but when you are pounding a 1500 to 2000 lb UTV across the desert a stronger tough T&W package is hard to beat.

I love the BFG's. They are heavy. I have no problem keeping up with everyone on hard pack rides. They worked great in Baja, Ocotillo and Havasu. I don't have to worry about flats. Not to mention they look awesome.
