Purchased Teryx quick release steering hub on March 30th for Dumont trip. Emailed and called to check status. Was told it shipped week of April 3rd.
Still did not recieve. Continued to call; they did not answer until i blocked my number. Was then told package was returned by UPS due to bad address. My address on the order form was correct so i was a bit confused, but gave him benefit of the doubt.
Was told it would be shipped overnight on the 12th so i would have it for my Dumont trip on the 13th. Hub did not show up on 13th. Came back from Dumont yesterday, still no hub.
Filed claim with Visa today. Steer clear, this company is shady and incapable of telling the truth.
