The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) has caused an inadvertent ban on the sale of youth model off-highway vehicles (OHVs).
Off-highway vehicle use is a popular and important recreational activity enjoyed by people of all ages.
OHV users and business owners have been severely impacted by the CPSIA, I urge you to please support H.R.968 to amend the Consumer Product Safety Act providing regulatory relief to small and family-owned businesses.
