Anyone have any trouble ordering from Gear one???

I placed an order several months ago. After about a month of receiving nothing, i called and they had no record of my order. Gave them all my info. No big deal i understand mistakes happen.

I place the order again and was told i would have the parts in a week. It has now been 3-4 weeks and still nothing. Called several times and nobody answers. Left a few messages and get no call backs. Seems customer service is garbage these days.

Different manufacturer...but I experienced the same thing with unisteer. It took me three weeks to get my order and when my steering rack did come it wasn't even a steering rack. Instead I got home to find a small box on my porch with a u-joint in it! So I guess the point of my response is its not much better elsewhere.

I have been a Gear-One dealer for 8 years and have never heard of any issues, they answer first time always. I would only have to think its a rare anomoly.
