We are excited to show off a build we did for PRO UTV Racer Joey Pratt. He has dominated the short course racing in TEXAS.
We have been really busy developing parts for the RZR XP 1000 this year, and this was our chance to really show them off.
We first started by building our standard f18a cage on the Jig and then moved it over to Joey's car to have the custom welded doors and window nets installed. A set of PRP's 5.3 Harnesses were installed to keep the driver safe and secure and a Fire extinguisher and mount from Axia Alloys was also added.
ABF nerf bars were added to prevent damage to the sides of the car from trees, competitors and other obstacles. Our front bumper was added to protect the front when bumping and rubbing. The Very popular ABF Steering quickener was installed for ease of turning and more control during cornering.
The overheating issues that come with racing were also addressed. We designed and built a complete kit to move the radiator to the rear of the car, and also added a fan override as well.
To really grab attention, we called up Ian at SSI decals and he got us setup with a killer wrap for the car. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of these graphics.
We are really excited about this build, and can't wait to get Joey out to the track for some Podiums.
