    Car will be around 1100 ish but that is just a guess. I think that engine will be fine if you are out in the dunes cruising around. Just think the way a short course racing is that clutches and trans will be tested at 1400 lbs. I know that multiple classes use that engine including sprint cars...

    All UTV's race chassis kit? fab shops?

    What type of racing are you thinking of doing? Check local rules because all you really need is 1.5 x .095 for most race series. .120 wall will make your car alot heavier (safer) but slower if you decide to race short course. My first car wieghed 1420 my newer car will be in the low 1000's.
