></O>To all our Lucas Oil Regional Series-Utah Racers and fans; as you know our series is a new one that is growing with each event and the help of everyone putting the word out. With that being said, we want to make sure that our first main event on August 13<SUP>th</SUP> has a competitive amount of racers for each class. We feel that this first event would be much better showcased by making it a larger and more open practice. <O
></O>We have come together with Miller Motorsports Park to help gain some participation and notoriety for the series. We have joined together to help Miller Motorsports Park put on a Friday practice (August 12<SUP>th</SUP>). This practice will be open to all vehicles that would like to participate; it will be a “self-tech” program with this practice, but Lucas Oil Regional Series-Utah will be on hand to help each vehicle know what is needed to meet our requirements to be able to run our sanctioned events. This Friday practice will run from 4pm till 8pm. <O
></O>Saturday’s event will be a Lucas Oil Regional Series-Utah sanctioned event. We will run a larger open practice; we will be putting classes together to have more of a race feel. We will be putting together some special events for this day (i.e. fastest lap, biggest air). This event will run on Saturday, August 13<SUP>th</SUP> from 10am till 4pm. The practice cost for Saturday’s event will remain the same at $50/$75.<O
></O>We hope by handling the event in this manner will open up the series for a great race in September. We of course would like to have a decent number in each class to make for a competitive race event. We hope everyone will enjoy the weekend, get some great track time and enjoy the track.<O
