So i am curious what everyone's opinion is regarding the years available for the Lucas SR1 class

Initially i thought the 2009 -2010 R1 engine had far more power and would be and advantage But the manufactures specs Say the 2009-2010 actually make less power when not using the ram-air system

What everyone else opinion. And if it isnt an advantage then why not allow the newer motors.

At some point it will become harder to find the 08 motors.

And you cannot deny That the cross-plane crank sounds SOOOOO much better!!!

Here is my reference for power comparison

we mentioned this last year and all said no

02-08 motors are the range, after all, it is a "Drivers Class"

Isnt the torque differences out of control?

BTW, whats up the the ZX-10 class?

Here is some dyno comparisons between the 2008 and the 2009

The difference between the two is how the HP gets put to the ground. the 2009 has the 180 out system.... 2009 gets the HP MUCH MORE efficiently...
