Hey guys I found a rzr I want to get from Arizona, but it doesn't have a motor. Would I be able to register the rzr in CA without a motor being in it? I am asking because the DMV wants to verify vin on out of state vehicles. It has a vin on frame, but I'm afraid they will say I can not register it until there is a motor present. Do any of you guys have experience with this?

When I registered my car the DMV wanted to do a vin verification for the chassis as well as engine serial number. If you're trying to get street legal ( good luck ) as you will need emission verification and certification to get through.
