Polaris Racer Tech's Project Germany RZR

Most of you guys probably didn't know this but winter of 2010 we built a full race ready RZR and sent it to Allrad Service Schneider of Germany for a racer we've been working with for a few years now. They contacted us about the build, we came up with a plan and had a brand new 2010 S delivered to the shop. We stripped it down the the frame and started building the chassis. We added a full SCORE legal cage fully welded to the chassis and gusseted to add extra reinforcement. We didn't do anything internally to the motor just some bolt on parts, muffler, air intake, oil cooler, fuel cell and relocated the radiator. We also put our +6 long travel kit on it with Elka stage 4 shocks. There was so much that went into this build it's hard to even recall. Here's some pics of the build and final product.

Now, Allrad is converting to a RZR XP 900. They're currently prepping it for a 24 hr. endurance race as I type this. Check this out!
