This fully liquid cooled 84 mm cylinder is machined from billet aluminum and finished with tough nickel silicon carbide plated bores. Put it on top of a stock Polaris RZR engine and you've got 840cc of nearly unstoppable power. Machining the cylinder from billet offers increased wall thickness and improved coolant flow. An added bonus is there's no core charge. The cylinder is offered as a kit (with 84mm pistons, rings, pins, clips, head and base gaskets) or by itself. A Billet cam, lifters and valve spring kit are also available.

p/n 0007-00277 Polaris RZR/RZR-S 840cc Billet Cylinder/Piston Kit Includes Nickel silicon carbide coated billet cylinder, pistons, pins, rings, clips, head and base gaskets.

What are the performance charts showing?
Whould like to see
But it sure looks pretty
Should have one on the new RZR4

Nice, made it way to pretty, needs to look stock. Would wake up that RZR 4 for sure, does good stock be awesome with 840cc

i believe you have to do crank mod. You have to move rods over like 5mm. I think there is another company casting them and plating cylinders.Think about this those cylinders with a 4mm strocker crank you would be in the mid 900cc range. I think that is what mtx is trying to perfect.

The MUZZY 840 Billet Block will fit on std. cases and crankshaft. Can be used with stroker crank for 900 cc. This 840 kit was designed for increased torque and horsepower up to 7000rpm. There will be Hi Rev competition kits in the future that will require Billet cranks or at least welded stock cranks.

Nice product Muzzys! Will you need to re-program the computer in the car to accommodate this installation?

What type of ring package?
What is the piston weight?
How far over was the centerline of the bore moved?

Also if possible:
specs on the billet cam, roller or flat, lift & duration
info on the "high rev version" of this setup
Any plan to offer a complete package with headwork?
Where does the piston end up in relation to the top of deck typically with this kit?

Well I tried contacting Muzzy to get us all some more answers but the email link on their website does not work. Did not feel like calling as wherever I call I always seem to get the runaround on getting answers to tech questions. Hopefully someone from Muzzy will chime in on this thread. I need some more power for the 2010 GNCC's!

I am putting one of Kroyer/Holz stage III kits in the desert RZR I am having built now. 70 hp on pump gas! I can't wait! :)

That kroyer deal is a nice setup. Since I am not CC limited I am looking at other options.

I am not certain, but I heard somewhere that Kroyer/Holz has something new related to big bore. 850cc-ish. But the best thing to do is call Holz and see if this is available.

I asked Holz around a month ago & they told me that they were not currently working on any big bore or stroker combos. Maybe Kroyer is doing it out of the Holz relationship?

Sorry guy's I am out of commission and have not gotten back to work on the dyno testing of 840 combonations. Supposed to get cast off next week.

This kit will need new mapping. You can have the ECU re- flashed or use the MUZZY Digitune.

The Billet Block can be used with any combination of cams, porting, valves, etc. That is why we have it priced seperatly. We are a manufacture that sells to many tuner engine builders like Holtz/Kroyer, Weller, etc. These tuners like to develope there own combinations for specific applications.

We will be developing our own kits also.

Rob, thanks for the reply's. I look forward to hearing more info. from you. BTW, I run your exhaust & I have to say that the quality is unbelievable.
