All UTV's Need some help comparing UTVs

Can someone who is knowledgable help me out distinguishing the various UTVs? There are so many manufacturers and models it's hard to know where to start.

If someone can help me with pro/cons of each manufacturer I'd relaly appreciate it.

The biggest question is what are you going to use it for? Trails, mud, desert, sand dunes, fast and sporty, safari style trips.....


Let us know what percentage of riding you want to do in what terrain this will help with answers.

Well I am looking for a more sporty one to enjoy myself

My brother is looking as a utility one to use around his property

Would be great if you could quickly let me know which one is good for which (dont' have to the same brand)

Polarius XP900 is the king of sports meaning sand sports and off roading. Articat 1000 is it's closet competitor...

Not sure about utility but those can adapt or Can am makes a 1000 for the farm.

Articat's newer than Polarius more parts and service on the Polarius market I'd give the Articat a while see what happens.

I got a 2011 Polarius and love it!
