- All minor participants must have a Release Form Notarized by both parents/legal guardian(s) in order to participate this season. This is a 2 page form and can be found on our websitelucasoilregionalaz.com under the "Drivers" Tab "Minor Registration". Please submit to Marnie Jones at registration. (This only needs to be completed once for 2015.) If you returned a form during Rounds 1&2 without BOTH parents' signatures, that is not sufficient, you still must complete.
Ticket Prices:
Racers, Friends and Family: It will be $20 for a Weekend Pass ($10/per day) if you purchase your tickets in advance online. Move-in day will beFriday, April 10th, gates open at 9:00 a.m. This price will also apply for all future races this season, and for any of our Friday races, Thursday will be the move-in day.
Visit the Pre-Register tab of lucasoilregionalaz.com and scroll down to "Race Team Weekend Passes" for this price. The deadline to get this deal will be Monday, April 6th at MIDNIGHT, this will ensure that the tickets will make it to you in time. Please make sure to include a valid mailing address of where you would like your tickets shipped. (Please be aware that tickets purchased elsewhere are only valid during Saturday & Sunday, you will still need to purchase an entry ticket for Friday, online pre-purchase is the ONLY discount available for our race teams.)
Kart Track Changes:
The Kart track will be changed for the April event, the split lane will be combined. This will remain in effect for the LOORRS event April 24th & 25th.
May 8th & 9th Race WHP:
The May Races, Rounds 5 & 6, will be held at Wild Horse Pass in the evening. This is a FRIDAY & SATURDAY race. Move-in will be Thursday, Practice will be Friday morning. We will also have Monster Trucks and other spectacular plans for the event to make it enjoyable for our racers and spectators.
Track Rules, Please Read:
There are rules that have always been in effect, please read through them and if you require any clarification, contact Tim Jones. These rules will be strictly enforced.
- Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles including pit bikes, scooters and anything with a motor at the track. Bring a bicycle.
- No glass bottles.
- You are responsible to remove any trash that exceeds the size of the trash receptacles. This also includes gas cans or any other chemicals.
- No fires and/or open flames.
- No dogs and/or pets permitted in grandstands.
- The gate opens at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27th and 6:30 a.m.Saturday and Sunday. No person or vehicle will be permitted before that time.
- The gate to WHP will be locked at midnight each night. There will be NO re-entry after that time.
PCI Race Radios
Spotters are required to have a listen only device for every race vehicle on the track. Foddrill Motorsports will have a limited number of PCI race radios available for rent for $30/weekend. You can order just a radio with listen only channels for the Spotter for a discounted rate of $219; this is all that is needed to be legal to hear race control. Call Denny at Foddrill's 623-433-8643 for more information.
Kart Fuel
Foddrill Motorsports will be selling all the Kart Fuel at the track. It is also available at their store location.
